Dating Arrogance Vs Confidence

Dictionary.com states the meaning of the two:

ar·ro·gance [ar-uh-guhns] S
noun
offensive display of superiority or self-importance; overbearing pride.

con·fi·dence [kon-fi-duhns]
noun
1. full trust; belief in the powers, trustworthiness, or reliability of a person or thing: We have every confidence in their ability to succeed.
2. belief in oneself and one’s powers or abilities; self-confidence; self-reliance; assurance: His lack of confidence defeated him.

There is a difference, Arrogant people come across “cocky” and shallow. They are not happy unless the conversation is centered around what they think and want. Confident people have a humility about them that makes the person relate-able and personable. Arrogant people are full of pride. Dating an Arrogant person means you are always put in a position of looking like the fool. Reality is… you look like a fool. Your loved ones cannot wait until you finally see yourself. 🙂 Confident people attract and build you up in the process. The problem is Arrogant people THINK that is what they are doing but in the end find themselves alone. Someone with Confidence can take the blows of life and rebuild. They will encourage you to do the same. They don’t point the finger at everyone else and play the blame game. Arrogant people attract others with low self-worth. Confident people attract others who have self-worth. The truth of the matter is, someone who is Arrogant is insecure, so much so, they cannot even see it or admit to it. And that is a dangerous place to be.

There is a difference. Know the difference. Don’t be a fool.
